Unibet Withdrawal Methods & Times

unibet

Unibet is a legendary online casino/bookie known to almost every Briton. And it's no wonder: Unibet offers a decent game selection, good odds, as well as generous bonuses and promotions. But how does the withdrawal time compare?

Generally speaking, Unibet withdrawal times are quite fast for the UK market. They offer nine different withdrawal methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Bank Transfer, Trustly, Skrill, Neteller, and Paypal. For all of these methods, the withdrawal time is between 1 and 5 days. That's quite a fast turnaround compared to other online casinos, as players need to wait even 10 days for their withdrawal at some gambling sites. Let's take a look at the table below for more details.

Withdrawal MethodProcessing TimeFee
Paypal1-2 working daysFree
Skrill1-2 working daysFree
Neteller1-2 working daysFree
Trustly1-2 working daysFree
Visa2-3 working daysFree
Mastercard2-3 working daysFree
Bank Wire Transfer3-5 working daysFree

Debit cards: 2-3 working days

There is no maximum limit on how much you can withdraw at Unibet, which is a huge plus. Just note that you might have to wait up to 3 days before the withdrawal is in your bank account. This is not too bad considering the amount of money you can get from Unibet.

The minimum withdrawal amount is £15 for Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Visa Electron. Keep in mind that in order to withdraw with a debit card, you must have deposited with that card as well.

E-wallets: 1-2 working days

If you want to use an e-wallet for your withdrawals, Unibet offers Skrill, Neteller, and EcoPayz. This can be a great option if you want to keep your bank details private or simply want the money as soon as possible. With e-wallets, you can usually expect a turnaround time of 1–2 banking days.

The minimum withdrawal for e-wallets is £10, and no maximum amount is stated. That said, the maximum amount you can withdraw may be limited by your chosen e-wallet provider. Just like with debit cards, you must have deposited with the same e-wallet to be able to withdraw.

Bank wire transfer: 4-5 working days

This is the slowest option of all, but if you don't mind waiting a bit longer for the money to arrive, then this is a good one. The turnaround time for bank wire transfers is 4-5 banking days, with a minimum withdrawal of £10 and a maximum withdrawal of £100,000.

A bank account must be registered under the same name as your Unibet account, and you must also have deposited with a bank transfer at least once in order to be able to withdraw.

Trustly: 1-2 working days

It basically works like a bank transfer, but faster. Unibet offers Trustly as a withdrawal method, with which you can expect a turnaround time of 1-2 days. The minimum withdrawal is £5, and the maximum is £50,000.

Trustly has future potential to be an instant withdrawal method in the UK, but right now it is not available as such. Only Swedish and Finnish users can use Trustly instantly for withdrawals. Brits need to wait for their money! But at least the time frame isn’t too bad. Anyway, Trustly casinos will be more and more popular in the UK in the upcoming years.

How Do I Withdraw Funds at Unibet?

We actually had to deposit money twice because we lost the first one. You know, guys, it happens. We've been playing for three days and finally made a little profit, so we decided to make a withdrawal. After some time browsing the website, we eventually found out how to do that. If you’re having trouble finding where to cash out at Unibet, here's what you need to do:

Total Time: 3 minutes

Log into your betting account.

Click on the icon

Click on the balance icon on the top right corner.

Select your withdrawal method

You will see many withdrawal options. The highlighted payment methods are the ones that you can use to withdraw. Probably you will see only one or two options, depending on which payment methods you have used for deposit.

Enter the amount & your details

Select the method and enter the amount that you want to withdraw. Then, enter your details and click Submit.

Boom!

That's it! Sit back and wait for the money to arrive in your bank account or e-wallet.

Unibet Withdrawal Limits

As we mentioned, no maximum withdrawal limit is stated at Unibet. That said, the maximum amount that you can withdraw depends on your chosen payment method. You will have no issue withdrawing up to £100,000 with a bank transfer, for example. Everything above needs to be discussed with Unibet support. They will probably double-check your identity and other details before processing the withdrawal. Take a look at the table here to find out more about withdrawal limits:

Withdrawal MethodMin WithdrawalMax Withdrawal
Paypal£10N/A
Skrill£10N/A
Neteller£10N/A
Trustly£5£50,000
Visa£15N/A

Our Unibet Cash Out Experience

We made one deposit of £100, played for a while, and lost everything. Bloody Unibet! We then gave it another try, and this time we made a profit. We decided to try out the withdrawal process, and here is how it went.

We selected Skrill as our payment method, entered the withdrawal amount of £225, and clicked submit. We then received an email from Unibet confirming the transaction. And that was it. The most important thing now is: how long did it take for the money to arrive?

We were surprised when we saw the money in our Skrill wallet just 32 hours after lodging the withdrawal request. That was much faster than we expected, and we are quite pleased with the service provided by Unibet.

However, the process is not as fast as at Bet365, where you can withdraw money in a few minutes thanks to their Bet365 Mastercard. But still, Unibet is a great bookmaker with fast withdrawals. We can't really complain here.

Unibet Withdrawal Fees

We are happy to say that Unibet does not charge any fees for processing withdrawals. That's great news because we all hate additional charges, right? But it is standard practise among British bookmakers not to charge any fees for withdrawing your funds. So it's no surprise that Unibet follows the same policy.

However, keep in mind that payment methods might charge your own fees. That is completely out of Unibet’s control, and you need to check with the payment provider. For example, if you are using e-wallets such as Skrill and Neteller, you will be charged a fee for funding your account. And it is necessary in order to make a deposit at an online casino.

Don't Forget About KYC

We were lucky to have our withdrawal processed quickly, as we had already verified our identity with Unibet. That's a mandatory step that you need to take before you can withdraw any money from your Unibet account. And if you haven't done that, expect longer processing times because it takes some time for the sportsbook to verify your identity.

Unavailable Withdrawal Methods At Unibet

Some Brits will be disappointed to find out that Unibet does not support all popular payment methods. Many reasons can be behind this. Unibet might not have a partnership deal with the payment provider, or they just don't want to offer that method for any other reason. These are the payment methods that are not supported at Unibet as of 2023:

  • Credit cardsSince credit cards are banned in the UK, Unibet does not accept deposits or withdrawals with them. The UK Gambling Commission does not allow gambling sites to accept payments with credit cards.
  • Google Pay and Apple Pay: Even these two popular payment methods are not supported at Unibet.
  • Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies: Unibet does not accept payments with Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. Most UKGC-licenced sportsbooks do not accept crypto transactions because of their anonymous nature.

Conclusion: Unibet Is A Fast Payout Casino

To be frank, we don't know whether to put Unibet in the “fast payout” category or not. It is definitely faster than many other UK bookmakers, but it still takes more time to process withdrawals than some of the top fast payout casinos in the industry.

However, we are happy to say that Unibet is a reliable online casino and sportsbook, and it is definitely worth your money. The withdrawal process was smooth, the funds arrived quite quickly, and we did not have to pay any fees for the transaction. So if you are looking for a reliable sportsbook with relatively fast withdrawal times, Unibet might be the right choice for you.
